| Account Opening Procedures |
|
1. Completed and Signed Account Mandate and Supplementary Transactional Risk Declaration (Please refer to the sample).
2. Submit the original of Account Mandate and Supplementary Transactional Risk Declaration and enclosed copy of your
ID Card /Passport, your latest 3 months issued residential address proof (e.g. utility bill or bank statement) and other relevant
documents in person or by mail to:

* If Account Mandate is submitted by mail, we will assign an Account Number to you once your account is temporary opened. Please
issue a cheque of amount not less than HK$10,000 payable to "Quam Securities Company Limited" or make a telegraphic transfer (T/T) of amount not less than HK$10,000 and send us a copy of T/T form by fax, email or mail for the verification of Client's identification and completion of account opening.
3. If the information and documents are completed, you will receive Account Opening Confirmation within 5 working days. Account Login Number and Password would be received if it is an online internet account. Please change your password in the first login.
NOTE: Documents submitted will not be returned.
